The count is always higher than your team
Every one of these counts as a user, which is why the number never matches the list of people you actually work with:
- Everyone in the top-level group, every subgroup and every project inside it
- People added to one project directly instead of through the group
- People with the lowest role, who only ever look at things
- People who reach a project through another group that was invited to it
- The contractor who finished one job a year ago
One thing that does not count: an invitation nobody has accepted yet. Worth clearing up, but it is not taking a seat.
