At IGORI, we've spent years building games. Our model is built on speed and agility: we develop ideas, test them in the market, and if they don't meet our performance metrics, we quickly pivot to the next project. This rapid-cycle approach has been successful, but it's also created a unique operational challenge. With over 100 projects in various stages of development or hibernation, our digital workspace became incredibly complex.

Our philosophy has always been to automate any routine that doesn't require a human touch, freeing up our creative talent to focus on what they do best. However, we found ourselves bogged down by a critical, manual task: managing access to our code repositories.

Every time a developer switched teams or a project was put on hold, we had to manually update their permissions. The real headache came when an employee left the company. We had to meticulously comb through dozens upon dozens of repositories across GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket to ensure their access was fully revoked. It was a time-consuming, error-prone process that posed a significant security risk. We knew there had to be a better way.

Frustrated with the hours lost to this "gray labor," we did what we do best: we built a tool. We developed a centralized dashboard that gave us a simple, instant overview of every user and every repository. Suddenly, we could see exactly who had access to what, identify inactive users still holding keys to critical projects, and revoke permissions across all platforms with a single click.

This tool became an indispensable part of our workflow. It solved a very real problem for us, and we were certain we weren't the only ones facing it. We knew that other development studios, particularly in the fast-paced mobile world, must be dealing with the same repository chaos.

That's why we decided to share it. We polished our internal solution and named it AccessHub. It's a direct reflection of our own journey - a practical tool born from a real-world need, designed to help other developers eliminate a tedious, high-stakes task and get back to creating.
